Epidural block non-surgical treatment used in patients with radicular pain to deliver drugs the epidural space; it generally known be safe method, but can occasionally cause infection. Herein, we present rare case of VO severe complications developed patient who underwent lumbar transforaminal for back pain. Imaging studies showed VO, multiple pyogenic abscesses, and compressive cervical myelopathy. Electrodiagnostic clear evidence myelopathy polyradiculopathy. With early using multidisciplinary approach, including medical treatment, surgery, comprehensive rehabilitation, recovery motor weakness functional improvement were achieved after 2 months treatment. are advantageous localizing determining degree damage following VO.
